25 YEARS' EXPERIENCE

SUL was founded in 1980, and has provided English language teaching to thousands and thousands of international language students, both children and adults in that time.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE COURSES

Our English language courses are complete with activity programmes and cultural visits allowing our clients to really experience the best that England, Ireland or Scotland have to offer.

SUL currently provides English language courses for over three thousand students a year. By living in an English speaking country, our students learn so much more than just the grammar that is so common in their own school classes back home.

SUL offers a wide range of English language courses and locations from our base in Cornwall in South West England.
Our language learning centres are located across The British Isles from the South West where there are many fine beaches, to fantastic towns and countryside locations in Scotland, Wales, England and Ireland.
Our language students really experience the best that the British Isles have to offer!
Each of our centres has its own local flavour; call us and we will advise you which centre is right for you.

HOST FAMILY OR RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION

We offer our students a both a choice of accommodation and a choice of location.
We believe the most effective way to improve our students' knowledge and use of a language is to enjoy the way they learn, both in the classroom and in their interaction with local communities.
SUL offers a range of accommodation options depending on your preference.
Living in a host family allows you to integrate into British life, to learn something of how ordinary families live here. It also gives you a fantastic opportunity to practice your English outside the language classroom.
SUL's Residential Colleges are generally a more lively option, you will be living with a large group of students similar to you and have a full social and activity programme organised by staff who live in the College with you.
