CULTURAL PROGRAMMES

Prices depend on group size and requirements for guides, local transport and programme management

SUL offers centres for school groups to stay in, to use as a base for educational visits. These are commonly 3 to 5 night stays in historic and cultural regions.
We can advise schools on educational visits in and around each centre.
There are wonderful opportunities for educational visits near each centre.
Visit the places in the King Arthur legends, walk in the footsteps of Mary Queen of Scots, Rob Roy, Sir Francis Drake or the Roman citizens of Bath.
Learn about the historic sites of London, Edinburgh, Elizabethan Plymouth, or the modern wonders of the Eden Project, Coventry Cathedral and the Science Museum of London.
We can organise this or you book your own programmes.

Our Residential Colleges are schools with boarding accommodation available for use by visiting groups.
The schools have liaison officers for our groups. The school dormitories are for 2 to 6 people.
Breakfasts and evening meals are provided by the school in the school dining room; packed lunches are provided for daily cultural visits.

Our Host Family Centres are run by one of our local organisers known as Centre Directors.
They carefully select the families and supervise the groups when they visit.
The teachers may stay with them or with another host family. Host families may host 2 to 3 students.
