- All English Courses are two weeks long

TYPICAL HOST FAMILY PROFILE
- Single or shared bedroom
- Normally 2 students per family, maximum 4, not from the same country unless either requested or clearly stated with the course conditions
- Breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal provided by the family
- All clothes washed by the family
- Evenings and Sundays with the family
ENGLISH LESSONS

- Maximum of 15 students in a class
- 15 hours per week tuition
- English lessons consist of:
Comprehension, vocabulary, grammar analysis, fluency practise (including pair work, discussions & role play), creative projects and local investigations
ACTIVITY PROGRAMME AND EXCURSIONS
- Every weekday afternoon there is a full programme of leisure or cultural activities, organised and supervised by SUL staff
- There is a disco or alternative evening activity once a week
- One full day excursion to places of great cultural interest
- Students' use of English is encouraged, outside the classroom in all our activities
- Group leaders travel with students, looking after their personal welfare and encouraging the use of English at all times
