SUL Language Schools is committed to the ongoing training and in-service development of its staff both at Head Office and at its temporary centres around the country.
SUL believes that providing opportunities for staff development is vital to guarantee the continued success of the organization and maintain the highest standards in the services it provides.
For the teaching staff, CPD is effected via an initial induction to the Company followed by workshops on teaching teens, in-class observations, team teaching and peer observation where possible, and part funding for the Cambridge CELTA, DELTA and Trinity TESOL Certificate. We also regularly invite staff to enrol in online seminars and pass on regular links and updates via email, social media etc.
Training is provided for administrative staff via an annual training budget allowing Head Office staff to request training to develop their skills.
